    1. Hi Sandip,
Thank you for contacting the Immigration Agency about your visa options to Australia.
We will need to get some more information from you in order to confirm what visas you may be eligible for.
The first step is to fill out Initial Assessment Form which can be found on the contact page on the site: https://theimmigrationagency.com/contact/
Once you have filled that out and organised payment for the asessment, we will then call and email you to arrange a suitable time for you to have a consultation with our Migration Agent, Mege Dalton.
You can either have either an in person consultation in our office in Dublin, or alternatively over the phone or by Skype.
We hope to hear from you soon.

  1. Hi,
Thank you for your very informative website. I would like to contact you as I feel I really need help with our plan to move to Australia.

I am a 35 year-old French citizen and I am married to an 36 year old American citizen. We moved to Dublin in 2006.
I am a senior clinical psychologist working for the HSE for the last 6 years and my husband is a transmission engeneer working for Setanta Sports.

We plan to move to AUstralia and started to look into this in September 2011. I took the IELTS test and got really good scores and I recently sent all my docs to the Australian Psychological Society to have my skills and qualifications accepted (SOL list Clinical Psychologist 272311 APS). i am waiting for their assessment. I also passed the points tests (65 points)

And I am stressed! because I am not sure what type of visa we should apply for. We would like to move as soon as possible and I dont know if it would be best to be sponsored ie find a job or be sponsored by a state or go for a skilled migrant visa.

I would like to know if you could help us and what the costs for your services would be?

    Thank you for your help.

    Kind regards,

    Emmanuelle and Chris O’Grady

  2. I have got Nomination from a state on 14th December/2010. I have applied for a Visa on 29th December 2010. All Medical and Police clearance been taken according to Department of Immigration Australia (DIAC) requirement.

But Suddenly I heard from my state that I need “Job Offer” of that state Off-list nomination–when immigration is asking for filled up form 1100. I never knew a job offer is required to effect a nomination.

Now it is about to impossible to take “Job offer” from that region. All of my cost paid and I was just waiting for a Visa. But that message shocked me seriously. I don’t know what to do.

Could you pl give a suggestion on that matter. Moreover, my states never ask me before for such “Job offer”. I shall be dead if something goes wrong with my application.

    With regards

    M. Mashukur Rahman
