“…a thoroughly 100% trustworthy, helpful, professional service.”

First of all sincere thanks to all the team especially Mege and Yana, I like many other’s assumed employer sponsorship is the only way to have a prolonged stay in Australia, so when I turned my back on sponsorship I thought my Australian experience was over. Until I contacted Mege I now have a 189 visa which gives me the freedom to go anywhere and work in Australia, at first you view the process as a mountain of red tape & paper work but Mege’s team will make the thankless task of a visa application seemed effortless.

A thoroughly 100% trustworthy, helpful, professional service.

Thankyou.

“…this is the reason why you hire experts to complete this process for you.”

What more can I say, than this is the reason why you hire experts to complete this process for you.
When time, isn’t on your side, the points don’t add up, the visa type doesn’t suite etc.. then this is where Mege and her team come into a world of their own.
They are a class act, professional, cool and always on top of things.
In our case time wasn’t on our side and had we tried to complete the process ourselves we simply would not have made the cut off.
Mege and Colin where truly professional and with their network of contacts and knowing the system inside out… we began the process in February 2013 and got our Permanent Residency in November.

Simply put.. it would not have been possible without them.

Sincere thanks to Mege, Colin and all the staff.

…..knowledgeable in their pursuit of the issues facing me,

Mege Dalton was highly recommended to me by a friend, she did the Immigration process & knowing Mege personally, was aware of her reputation.
I contacted Mege & had a personal one to one meeting.
Mege was well aware of the extremely challenging circumstances I was confronting; but, chose to accept those challenges and represent me.
She broke down the whole immigration process and gave an elaborate idea & the duration it will take to get the Permanent residency status in Australia. Providence was shining on me that day.
One of the key success is Mege have excellent staff. Yana have been extremely attentive to
detail, knowledgeable in their pursuit of the issues facing me, and efficient in their time management without sacrificing quality.
I was extremely fortunate to have found someone of Mege’s caliber.
I would recommend Mege without reservation.

“….no hesitation, whatsoever, in recommending The Immigration Agency”

First of all, I would like to thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for the excellent job that you have done, without which the whole process may not have been smooth and it has taken only a short time to obtain the approval.
Can’t really believe you have turned this around in quick time and am now forced to think on my feet as to what to do next.
Honestly, I had hoped to receive the visa in 2nd half of the year considering the last stage of documentation was only sent in late March/early April.
I am both surprised and extremely happy not only at the processing of the Visa but the professional approach that you and your team have shown going about the same.
You have been an absolute pleasure to work with and sure will have no hesitation, whatsoever, in recommending The Immigration Agency to my friends and colleagues.
We will be making our first stage travel in August and am really looking forward to another adventure.

Thanks once again for the same.

“..could not have done so without their expertise”

Getting a visa to reside in Australia is no easy job. There are so many aspects to obtaining a visa.
After much research I discovered the emigration agency to be very reasonable in price in comparison to other agencies.
The team at the emigration office were very knowledgeable and helpful and I would very much recommend enlisting them to help you through the process, as it is so complex.

I was so delighted to receive my visa and could not have done so without their expertise.

“. . handled any problems I encountered.”

Hi Mege.

I just wanted to write to you to thank you for all your help and support during my visa application process.

Due to the fact that I was travelling from country to country throughout the entire process, I feared that negotiating the process trail might prove to be too difficult for me. However, thanks to your hard work, efficiency and resourcefulness, the fact that I was abroad had little impact on my application experience.

I particularly liked the way you handled any problems I encountered: I was offered a concise, calm and positive set of options for dealing with each one. You basically made things easy where I would have imagined catastrophe if I had been applying on my own without your help!  Thanks again for your thoroughness, professionalism, patience and your good humour- it’s been a pleasure!

“. . no hesitation in recommending Mege.”

We are moving to Perth in August on a 176 Skilled Migration, Permanent Residents Visa, after 12 months of sorting out Skills Assessments, Letters from College, IELTS tests and State Sponsorship applications.

I have to say that without the help of Mege at The Immigration Agency, we would not be going anywhere. From the moment that we made contact with Mege, she was so helpful and informative about every aspect of the Visa process. Even though we had doubts about our ability to qualify for a PR visa, Mege was there to offer us real information and guidance through the entire process. She told us that we had a good chance of getting it if we stuck to the requirements.

The amount of information that we had to get was incredible and Mege listed it all out. Without her guidance we would only have gotten a fraction of it and would have fallen short. We would have no hesitation in recommending Mege to anyone looking to go on this adventure.

“. . my dream has come true.”

I first contacted the immigration agency in January of this year, inquiring of the my eligibility for another Australian visa. I had previously spent two years down under on working holiday visas and was eager to return whatever way I could.

Mege Dalton replied with my options via email and was at the end of the phone when I called the immigration agency the next day to get the ball rolling. Through Mege’s guidance and accurate advice on the million and one questions I had I now have a skilled independant migrant visa subclass 175.

I cannot speak highly enough of Mege and the crew at the immigration agency. This visa gives me the opportunity to settle anywhere in Australia, my flights are booked for next Tuesday (25 Sept 2012) and I am eager to start a new chapter in life. My dream has come true thanks to the immigration agency, there advice, guidance, professionalism and knowledge.

“. . helped us every step of the way.”

We started out on this journey less than 2 years ago, with a trip down under, to see what all the fuss was about!!! We, like many others, were blown away by the lifestyle, and upon our return set about organising which of the many visas to apply for. Thankfully, we had the foresight to choose the Immigration Agency to assist us on this road. For us, as we were eligible to apply for it, the Independent Skilled Migration Visa gave us the most flexibility to choose where we would want to live.

Mege, and her very pleasant and efficient team, helped us every step of the way (and there are a few!), even giving us a gentle nudge every now and then, when the amount of paperwork to be gathered seemed overwhelming. We have absolutely NO idea how (or more to the point why??) anyone would attempt this laborious and confusing process without an agent—it is such a major decision in your life, you absolutely need to make sure that the visa application is done correctly.

Now, after submitting the application at the end of last year, and sending in the final documents the case officer requested in the last month, we are the proud holders of Permanent Residency Visas. If only Mege and her team could pack up the house, find us somewhere to live there, source us new jobs……unfortunately, we are on our own now!!!

“. . a fountain of knowledge.”

Before setting out on my visa application I debated with myself whether to employ an immigration agent or go down the DIY route. However, after my initial consultation with Mege I felt assured that I was in safe hands and I’m convinced that without her assistance, I would have found the application a much more daunting and confusing experience.

Mege is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to Australian Immigration and I was extremely impressed by her well-informed, logical approach to my application. I was given regular updates throughout the application process and was provided with a prompt response to any queries that I had during this time.

Along with her professionalism, Mege maintains a friendly and personable approach at all times which is very comforting during what can otherwise be a stressful experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mege and The Immigration Agency to anyone who is thinking of emigrating to Australia, and I would like to wish them well with their future business endeavors.

“. . two very happy customers!”

Dear Mege,
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your wonderful support with attaining our Australian visa.
From the initial meeting, we knew we were in the hands of a true expert who knew exactly which route to take to ensure our best chances of success.
We were guided through all stages of the process in a wonderfully efficient manner and were gently prompted what to provide and when.
At all times, we knew exactly what stage of the process that we were at, with little stress and with minimal input from our side.
Everything was dealt with most professionally and simply, yet without compromising on the necessary detail required.

If you are reading this and wondering if this is the agency for you, I would say look no further. You will get value for money and if anyone can deliver a visa for you , Mege can.

Mege, Thanks so much from two very happy customers! We will certainly recommend your services to others.

“. . knows her stuff and tells it how it is.”

 Hi Mege,

Just a few words to express our gratitude for all your help.

We had toyed with the idea of immigrating to Australia for many years, but it was only when we seriously decided to put the wheels in motion that we realized what a daunting experience a visa application can be – especially a subclass 163 business owner visa. We did a lot of research and after speaking to Mege at the Immigration Agency decided she ticked all the boxes. She meticulously answered all our questions and has an in-dept knowledge of the visa process and requirements. “She knows her stuff and tells it how it is.” Having heard many horror stories of other migration agents we felt we could trust her 100% with our application.

Mege did not bombard us with paper work but took it a step at a time making the whole process as stress free as possible. We received our subclass 163 visa (and are still in shock) in 4 and half months, away ahead of schedule.
I would highly recommend Mege Dalton and the Immigration Agency and would like to take this opportunity to wish them every success with their new Sydney office.

“. . absolutely awesome.”

Hi Mege,

I’m back in Australia 3 weeks since my PR visa was granted and I just wanted to write to you quickly to thank you for all of your help throughout the process. You were absolutely awesome answering all of my questions and allaying my concerns, no matter how trivial! I particularly appreciated how you helped me through all of the little snags that could have seriously held up my application, and I honestly don’t think I would have been able to get my visa so quickly without your assistance.

I would definitely recommend your service and have passed on your contact details to a few friends who are considering moving over!

Thanks again,
Ian

“. . meticulous, yet very friendly and warm.”

Whilst searching for an approved DAIC Agent to handle our Skilled Migration process, we stumbled on The Immigration Agency by chance via google and we sent an e-mail with our contact details to Mege. To our surprise, Mege gave us a call that night and she answered all our questions unequivocally and willingly without asking for any form of payment.

Mege displayed a high level of professionalism and in depth knowledge of the process and requirements throughout the application process.  Mege is very meticulous and yet very friendly and warm.

Mege sent us monthly updates on our application even when there was no new development or progress. She ensured that she maintained a close contact with us despite the fact that we are based in Nigeria while she resides and operates from Dublin, she made sure that the distance between our locations was not a barrier.

The quality of service throughout the process is laudable. Mege ensured that all time lines were met and made the whole process so seamless. Mege has also left a strong personal impression on our hearts by going the extra mile to assist beyond her terms of reference. We have already recommended Mege to some prospective applicants and will continue to do so when the opportunity presents itself.

Well done Mege!! We truly appreciate your effort, commitment and hard work. Thank you and God bless you.

“. . Onwards and upwards.”

Hi Mege,
The waiting is over and we are delighted to be getting a chance for a new life in Australia as things are not getting any better here in my line of work!
What can we say only thank you so much for all the encouragement, support and of course hard work you certainly had your work cut out with us!!
By the way the best of luck with your second office in Sydney and we wish you the best for the future.
We have put a testimonial as attachment hope it isn’t too long but we just couldn’t say enough about you.
No doubt we ll be in touch but for now thanks again.

Paul & Noreen Johnston

Testimonial to the professionalism of Mege Dalton at The Immigration Agency

Every now and then during the course of ones career there comes along a huge challenge, a situation that’s just not straight forward, a constant battle to work through and the type of thing that every cell in your brain says “its no use” ,“give up”, “it’s a lost cause,” well that is exactly what Paul and I brought to the table, to Mege Dalton’s table.

After many self-employed years in the construction sales sector in Ireland in 2010 we made a decision to emigrate to Australia not knowing how we would qualify we were about to give up when we read testimonials on The Immigration Agency website and were impressed and even more impressed after an hour long consultation with Mege Dalton. The wheel was put in motion.

Little did any of us know then that criteria for a business visa would change and would have to start all over again! We were not as we said earlier “a straight forward case” to begin with but with this change we were tempted to give up several times over the course of the visa application but Mege remained adamant that we would be successful and her 100% record would remain intact.

We had lots of questions throughout the process which we felt were always dealt with in a professional and caring manner.
Thank you soooo much Mege.

While emigrating is certainly a daunting decision having someone who knows the visa application process as thoroughly as Mege does definitely took the pressure off!

Onwards and upwards…Perth here we come…

“. . you helped us realise our dream.”

Dear Mege,
Many many thanks for your help in obtaining our Australian visa.
Right from the very start we found you to provide a very personal and professional service. We had many questions throughout the process you explained each of them in very simple terms and you were always available to us.

Our Visa threw up an obstacle right at the start during the trade assessment stage and you were able to find away around this . We have spoken highly about you to everyone who asked us about the Visa process. You have helped us to realise our dream of moving to Adelaide South Australia with our three children which we now plan for next June 2012. We would not hesitate in recommending your company to anyone.

“. . a very professional approach.”

Many thanks for a very professional approach to our Visa Application. It made the whole process a stress and hassle free experience. It was great to have the right information to hand and never having to second guess anything.
Thanks for being so patient with each and every single of many emails answered promptly and concise.
Having all the information and prerequisite requirements in hand prior to the actual application ensured a speedy application for which we are very grateful.

Many thanks again.

“. . a Godsend.”

We made the decision to start the application process for a move to Australia in 2010 as we wanted a new experience and to give a better life to our child. After checking the DIAC website and finding Irish based MARA registered agents we found Mege. We contacted all the other agents but Mege came back with the most definitive answers and had a more friendly and helpful approach.

Having an agent was a god send, as Mege done absolutely everything, and also kept us well informed of any needed documentation and of the application’s progress.
And as with the visa process any mistakes can be costly and time consuming using a great agent like Mege ensured everything went smoothly.

I would and have actively recommend Mege to anyone that I know who are either contemplating or starting their visa application process.

We now have our 176 permanent residency visa, and my partner and our 1 year old have booked our flights for April 2012 to Sydney to begin our new life in the Sun.

Thanks for everything Mege.

Thank you so much.

Hi Mege,
I would like to thank you very much for all the help and advice you have given me over the last 18 months. I think you took all the stress out of the visa process. “. . dedication and professionalism. “

We are greatly indebted to Mege for the dedication and professionalism she demonstrated in dealing with our skilled migrant visa applications for Australia. The 18 months (or so) it took from our initial assessment to securing our visas seemed much shorter as Mege handled the entire process most efficiently, always keeping us updated on progress or calling periodically just to put our minds at rest when there was nothing to report.

Mega promptly obtained deadline extensions for us when we needed to procure further documentation during the process and this was very reassuring as it was quite a challenge to meet deadlines that required any working time off!
We are particularly impressed because our decision to apply in the first place was at Mege’s own suggestion during a business trip to London, her continued support was the icing on the cake.
We are now planning for the big move and considering which Aussie city suits us best and we know we can once again rely on Mege’s wise counsel!

Thanks again Mege.

“. . support and professionalism. “

My family and I made the decision to start the application process for a move to Australia in mid 2009. After a little time looking into the process we identified Mege Dalton through the registered agents list on the DIAC website. We did contact other agents but none invested the time Mege did to explain what we needed to do. Mege immediately made us feel at ease with the application process and gave us a clear picture of how things should proceed.

Having an agent like Mege made the difference for us. There are so many complexities in the application process without Mege’s guidance would not have proceeded. During the application process my wife was diagnosed with Cancer underwent treatment and thankfully made a full recovery. Mege advised us on what to do and pushed ahead with our application. We are indebted to Mege for her support and professionalism. I would strongly recommend anyone considering the move down under to use a professional migration agent and suggest they make their first call to The Immigration Agency and speak to Mege.

It’s now 2011 and we have our 176 permanent residency visa my wife, I and our three children leave for Canberra in September this year to a new life and with any luck some sunshine…

Dear Mege,

“. . an absolute godsend. “

‘I’ve heard of so many people having so much hassle and drama with their visa’s that I dreaded starting the process, until I found Mege.

Mege explained the process from start to finish, and it happened exactly the way she stated and best of all there were no nasty surprises!

Mege was an absolute godsend and took care of all the hassle from start to finish.  All I needed to do was literally “sign on the dotted line”.

I found Mege to be a fund of information and very willing and giving of her knowledge and time.  I never once had to phone Mege to enquire about any updates as she was always in touch with me the minute any information arrived, including e-mailing me at 10pm one evening to tell me my visa had been granted.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Mege to anyone looking for an Australian visa agent, in fact I have sent a few of my friends to her who only have good things to say about her too. Save yourself the hassle and stress, go to Mege, you’ll be glad you did!’

“. . hassle free and quick. “

‘My Fiancé, and I were working in different parts of the world on yachts when we decided to use Mege’s services to apply for Vanessa’s fiancé visa.  We would not been able to do this without the help and guidance of Mege.

Mege did all the corresponding with the embassy and immigration offices on our account because of us not being able to contact anyone for being at sea for long periods of time.

The whole process only took 5 months from start to the time we received the visa.  We did not have to take any time off work.

I fully recommend to anyone who is going through a visa application to use Mege and her services and make it hassle free and quick.

Thank you.’

“. . I can not praise her efforts enough. “

‘To whom it may concern,

I applied for Skilled Migration Residency (Subclass 175) in April 2010.
I was granted full residency in November 2010.

Mege was able to direct me on the best possible course of action for my situation.

She relayed to me clearly the exact documentation I needed to send to her, ensuring that no documentation had to be re-sent.  Mege handled all aspects of the application from then on.  She also took it upon herself to help me secure my Working Holiday Visa, which I worked on while I was awaiting my residency to be processed.

I can not praise her efforts enough.  When my residency was granted she even phoned me at a time that suited me in Australia.

I have recommended Mege to a number of friends, all of whom have returned to me with the most positive feedback.  I am now a Permanent Resident of Australia and can remain in the country indefinitely.  This is undoubtedly due the efforts of Mege.
Thank you.’

“. . valuable insight . “

‘Hi Mege,
Can I just say a big thank you for organising our Business Research Trip to Australia. Having never travelled to Australia before, your guidance was a absolute must.

The itinerary you prepared for us kept us busy for our 10 days in Sydney and Melbourne and was an valuable insight into looking at setting up a business in Oz.

Thanking you again,’

“. . reliable and professional from start to finish . “

‘. . My partner and I acquired Mege Dalton’s services at the Immigration Agency at the beginning of 2010 for a Spousal Visa to Australia. We found Mege to be reliable and professional from start to finish and she was very helpful in tailoring our visa application to our specific needs.

I would not hesitate in recommending The Immigration Agency.’

“We didn’t have to do much at all . . .”

‘I am an Australian and my girlfriend is Polish. We have been together for over a year and decided I wanted to go home and wanted her to follow. We did some research on our own but it was pretty mind boggling. So we thought about using an agent.

We looked around for a while with that too. Many of the people we rang charged a huge fee, but then we stumbled upon Mege. The reason we chose Mege was easy, not only was she an Australian but, she had the knowledge, professionalism and a %100 percent success rate.
We didn’t have to do much at all. .

I can’t begin to imagine how my girlfriend would have obtained a visa on her own. With all the paperwork that we would have had to find and fill out on our own would have been a complete nightmare. Having Mege do all this for us not only saved time but also made it a lot easier for us as we were both working and not really sure on what we had to do anyway.

Of course we provided proof of us being and living together for twelve months which was easy enough.  If we ever had a query she was only a phone call away and always happy to chat and keep us up to date on the visa progress.

So if you are interested in getting an Australian visa or think that you may be eligible for one Mege is only a phone call away and will be able to tell you whether or not you will be able to get a visa for Australia.

Thank you very much Mege you have changed Joanna’s and my life forever.’

“. . . what a wonderful feeling!”

‘Mege,
What a wonderful feeling it is!
After submitting the application ourselves and the exceptional circumstances and difficulties attached to our case you brought us through!

I would just like to mention to your future clients this.  Just before my partner and I submitted our application we had a problem with a major part of the application.

I phoned several immigration lawyers and agents and asked their advice in which way to handle it. All of their advice was the same! The advice which was conflicting was yours.

To cut a long story short I took the majority vote. I submitted the application myself completed by the other people’s advice and the department picked up on it. Everything you said was true and did happen.

My only regret with dealing with you Mege, was not taking your advice from the start. The best thing I did was sign the 956 form giving you permission to act on our behalf.
Nine weeks later I’m sat here in Melbourne.

Professional, reliable and 100 % success rate.

Mege thank you all your help.’

“. . . a personal touch”

‘Having trawled a number of agents via the Internet during the planning stage of our application and been disappointed by the number of agents who are only interested in turning a quick buck, I was pleasantly surprised to come across The Immigration Agency and strongly recommend that Mege Dalton at The Immigration Agency be your number one choice.

Mege Dalton provided not only a highly efficient, cost-effective and professional migration service in our application for a Sponsored Business Investor Visa, but also provided a personal touch. I felt at all times that I was dealing not only with a knowledgeable, experienced advisor, but also a friend who was supportive and caring for us throughout the process. Communications at all times were always clear, direct and timely.

When I chose to fly across to Dublin rather than trust some important documents to the post (and to get myself a little away day), Mege was not only able to certify the copies saving me costs at this end but also I was met at the airport by Mege, taken for lunch and then returned to the airport.

All I can say is a big Thank You and to encourage anybody considering applying for a visa to Australia to use this excellent service.’

‘Dear Mege,
I really don’t even know where to start when it comes to thanking you for the time and effort that you put into our application.
It was maybe a little more complicated than the average application having to get State sponsorship and then the Australian Government application thereafter.
I think back on the times calling you and making myself a little crazy thinking of too many things at one time, and during those calls I remember you made me feel confident and relaxed that it is just a process and to just take one step at a time.
Well Mege I think not only did you during this time make me feel like we were friends but you were also my shrink and helped us though a very tough time in our lives.
I don’t know what I would have done without you. I think having you on our side is the best thing we could done, and I am referring people to you left, right and centre!’

“. . . she knows her stuff!”

‘My family and I have recently been granted the State/Territory Sponsored Business Owner (Provisional)(Subclass 163) visa from the Department of Immigration and Citizenship of the Australian Government. Mege Dalton of The Immigration Agency was our agent who helped us achieve this.

We contacted Mege at the last minute, literally, we had acquired the first part of this visa, i.e. the state sponsorship but we realised that our application would be quite complicated and we needed some professional help.

We had run our business, a dairy farm, in Denmark so all our documentation was in Danish and needed translation. Mege was not phased by the challenge, she calmly gave us immediate advise on how to get our application in on time and also gave us the best price of all agents we had contacted.

We were always happy with Meges assistance, she offers a high standard of service, she is friendly and warm but extremely efficient, she knows her stuff! We are very grateful for her help and would recommend her wholeheartedly to any one interested in acquiring a business visa for Australia and of course to all those dairy farmers out there thinking of making the big move.’
