    1. Hello,
You really should get yourself a proper visa assessment if you want to know whether you are eligible apply for a skilled migration visa to Australia. Your qualification needs to be checked properly as does your work experience.

  2. Hi,
My name is Kevin, I have returned to Ireland from living in Melbourne for 1 year on a working holiday visa. For the past couple of months I have been gathering all the information I can to apply for a suitable visa to return to Australia.

I have completed my IELITS English exam and applied for skilled assessment. I have worked nearly 15 year in my profession as a chef and fully qualified pastry chef.

I need a little guidance on what visa to apply for and a check over my information. I hope you can help me.

    Kind Regards

    Kevin McLaughlin

  3. Hello
I am amandeep. I have done MBA IN HR in 2012. And have 3 years experience. I want to apply for 489 visa (provisional regional visa). I have got 6 each in all four modules in IELTS.
I also got my vetassess reports which is highly relevant and positive. And anzco is 223112 recruitment consultant.
I want to proceed for EOI.

Am i eligible for 489 visa..?
Presently only western Australia is open for recruitment consultant but it has condition to achieve 7 each and job latter.
And south Australia required applicant must studied in sa.

Should i go for EOI or apply student visa if there is no any hope.

    Please help…
I am eagerly waiting to hear from you soon.
    Thanks and regards
    Amandeep singh

    1. Hi Amandeep,

Thanks for your question but I think you are stuck in a hard place. Recruitment consultant is not on the list of occupations for the independent skilled migration visa for Australia so the only way you will get through is if your state sponsorship options open up for you. Presently WA is not possible as you don’t have the IELTS score of 7 required nor do you have a job offer and SA is limited to students based in their state. As such you can lodge an EOI but it will just exist in the skillselect system until such time a state sponsorship option because a viable option for you, when this will be is unknown and uncertain.

If you want to apply for a student visa, its suits you and you are eligible, go for it.

      All the best.
